Background: This project belongs to the Bismark corporation. It is a 15 unit townhouse neighborhood located in Richmond.

Working with the Bismark development team, I created the entire project's interior layouts. There are limitations and restrictions from the developer I had to workaround to creating functional floor plans that maximize the use of space.
